Hi, I was passed by a paradise point 5'er on 64 East in virginia on afton mountain today. When it got farther ahead of me going up hill, I saw it start smoking. They were too far ahead for me to catch up and I didn't get to see them again before I exited. Just wondering how you did, if you were ok. I wanted to catch you and tell you or stop and help but you left me too far in the dust. Sorry.

I'm sure it was just a little diesel smoke kicking in when they hit the hill.

I don't know it was a lot of smoke and it started about halfway up the mountain. I hope you are right though. We thought we smelled burning rubber so we were thinking tire.

Unfortunately the winds were tossing me a little and I didn't want to push it so I was stuck doing 55-60 mph on the upside of the mountain (we went down on 250, they went down on 64 we think).Edited by: anaro
