Lloyd we did miss the weather, but four weeks ago They started remodeling the condo. The foundation shifted and had to be corrected which they did a year and half ago. When we started this they had to replace 16 sheets of sheet rock, and at the same time they removed the popcorn from the ceiling, new Granite counter tops and cabinet doors, bamboo floors through out the down stairs Lots and lots of dust unlivable with my COPD. so we have now been in the Cruiser for a month, at a local campground. It has been enjoyable. We might be able to be done tomorrow, and have the clean up people in on Wed. Good thing we have lots of Abita Beer

Frank:
We have tentative plans for a trip in your direction this fall. There are some people down in Tennessee we met last fall when we were up north on our annual grouse hunting trip, and we are thinking of stopping there and then on down to Florida to see Barb's brother. If I can talk Barb into it, I would then like to run over through Texas and up into AZ. over through Utah then home. But I don't know if I can talk fast enough to pull all of that off.

I'm afraid you will be all done with the work by that time.

Well come on Lloyd, I am certain that the Janet package can find more. Of course by then just opening a cold one could be construed as work

You do not understand I am very concerned about the snow, if I can not get to Montrose I will have to drink all of the Abita in New Mexico. Beside I pick on my sister about her snow in Ouray, and Dad and Mom in Montrose, strange but Montrose did not get any snow this week

What's wrong with this picture?

It doesn't match the one in my sig. Temperatures are supposed to be in the 60s this weekend. Good thing?...the roads maintain enough residual heat to melt the spring snow in very short fashion. Don't worry about the Abita, Frank.

Boy does that bring back memories. I remember one July I was hiking horse thief trail, and got snowed in. I guess I had better buy more Abita in case I get snowed in

Frank:
Did you by any chance see on news the other day, the size of those snow flakes they were getting out there in CO.?? That would have busted every bottle of Abita you had.
I think you should consider playing it safe and just head up this way with your stash.

Lloyd, I did see that, they have had a tough spring, Mother weighs about 75 lbs soaking wet now days, said that she had to hang on to dad while walking, that the wind was that strong. It has been awhile since we heard from you, I thought maybe that you were all ready in Montrose, waiting for me to arrive with the Abita, As much as the offer to come to Wi is tempting, That would entail that I would have to go through Chicago. That is not going to happen Will be going to La to stock up on Abita in two weeks

I have always felt the same way about going through Chicago, but my brother inlaw was up this spring and he sent pics of traffic when they were going back through there on I-94. Didn't look bad at all. He said I-94 is finished now.
If we go to Tenn. and Fl. this fall I'm going to try it.
Anyway, I hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip out west.
Wish I could go with.
