We are about 150 miles south of Winchester VA, right off of 81. No rain yet but the sky looks gray and dreary. Plan to leave 8-9am in the morning. Hope the weather holds. If it gets real bad we will delay our departure. Better late than be a no show due to a wreck.

We have another couple from iRV2 joining us. His handle on iRV2 is RinkersRanch. He is in site 148, unless he can move to the Harrison's site. They have a Pace Arrow MH.

Diane and I want to thank all for the warm reception, and understanding for the 'rookies'. It has been a great time and looking forward to the rest of the weekend. Thanks so much for allowing Diane and I (oh Sam also)to join in on your rally.

WOW! What a great weekend, despite the "monsoon" on Thursday.

Stan, you did good on the campground...they let us do a late checkout, so we could visit with our 2 nephews in Front Royal.

I think we all put on a few pounds with all the food...a veritable banquet.

Wayne and Diane, welcome. Hope to see you at the future rallies.

Sure hope this rally grows.

Another great weekend with the Mason-Dixon Bunch. Great meeting Wayne , Diane, Mike and Vicki. As always the weekend was far too short.

Vicki and I had a great weekend. We enjoyed meeting everyone and in general had a blast.
Not sure who brought the cherry scone but Vicki would sure like the recipe. If it works out we hope to do this again soon.

Mike and Vicki, Diane and Wayne,...great to have you all at the Mason Dixon Rally..it was indeed a pleasure to meet each of you and have you as a part of our group....and yes the scones were really good and the apple cake was really really good....Emmy wants that recipe as well..Lindy...the beef and pork were delicious as well Rick...I need to learn to grill like you do...can't imagine a meal without your grillin...we all had a really nice time.. enjoyed Harpers Ferry Nat'l Park, the historic town of Charlestown and all the flea markets we visited...but mostly the potluck breakfasts and dinners we shared and just the times spent talking and learning from each others experiences on the road, making new friends and touching base again with old friends...memories that will last a life time...looking forward to the spring Walt.....and again in the fall of 2011.....we have both dates already in the book for next year...Oct 8-10th, 2011...Virginia campground to be determined...be safe the rest of the year in all your travels....

It was a great weekend!

Mike - the new genny box is almost done. Maybe we can hook up on version 1.0.

Stan - please email me pics of your 30SK and asking price. I may have a potential buyer. If anyone knows of an '03 - '07 Duramax (Crew Cab, short bed) for sale, let me know. I have a guy looking for the truck and trailer. Hmmm - maybe he would be willing to consider purchasing the package deal, Stan!Edited by: RKamperRV

Diane and I had a great time at the rally. Diane just ask me yesterday when was the next rally, so I know she enjoyed herself. We had a good trip home, although it did have to rain one more time, just as I was unhooking and packing up to leave. The rain stopped just as we were leaving the campground. Got home to a busted heat pump in the house, and much of Tuesday was spent finding the problem. It was just a loose wire on a relay. All fixed. It was a great pleasure to meet and fellowship with all of you folks and we hope to see all of you again real soon.
