Elevation 4012 "R" values

I was told by the sales guy that this 4012 had R-9 walls and R-38 floor and roof. Can anyone confirm this. I can not find this anywhere.

I don't see a 4012 in there line up. Regardless, I don't know how they could get that kind of an R-value.

You would need 8 to 12 inch thick roof to get that type of insulation value. Don't know of a TT. With a ceiling that thick.

I just got off the phone with a guy a Crossroads and he says R-9 walls and "about" R-25 roof and floor. I do not like sales people who lie. Before I bought this RV I talked to another guy at Crossroads and he said R-38 floor and roof. I tend to believe the "about" R-25. This value includes the everything in the roof and floor, insulation, plywood, vinyl, etc. Just the insulation is a R-11. My RV is a TF 4012 made in 2012 but called a 2013.

I have a 2013 3912 (it's essentially the same RV as the 4012). Only difference is you have a outside kitchen and the bedroom is configured differently. The build of the 3912 and 4012 is the same. Same line, same plant, same materials...etc..

I have the dealer training manual (Crossroads sent it to me directly before I purchased the RV since I didn't believe the sales guy).

Here's the values:

Floor - R28
Upper Deck - R14
Roof - R28
Slide Rooms - R14
Front Cap - R21

email me at mhalls@live.com and I will send you the document. It goes into the full contruction of the unit etc...
