Welcome to the forum,

Maybe biased, but I think you made a great choice with your ST270BH. I researched trailers for close to two years and could not find exactly what I wanted until we looked at the Sunset Trail line.

You cannot get a lighter trailer with all the equipment for a better price point. I've even kept my research up a year later and still don't see anything close to the Crossroads line.

Please post your mods as you get the time to update. We have a 2013 300BH and first thing I did was upgrade the bath fan to a remote Maxxair with built in vent cover. Even in cooler weather, it's nice to have something to move the air when you need it.

Also,

Need some advice from you. Thinking Banff this summer, any recommendations for camping/things to do?

We just moved to the Rockies last October from Vancouver. We stopped for 1 night in Banff last summer when we were doing a road trip to explore the area. We stayed at Tunnel Mountain Village I. Beautiful views but the mosquitos were very agressive. We didn't have time to explore so I don't have any recommendations on that front but can recommend the campground as long as you bring lots of bug spray

Thank for the info. We did Yellowstone last year in June and not one bug bite. I'm hoping the extra cold and long winter helps with that this year too.
