I think you have to talk with the Big Kahuna. I ran into the same situation the first time I called. Just ask when he will be in, and have him call you back. That's what worked for me.

Hey Everyone,

We are picking up our Cruiser this coming Monday. The excitement is getting pretty powerful.

Do any of you have a surge protector on your trailer? If so, what brand and how do you like it? I think I want to put one of those on right away. And I found a set of plans for homemade roto chocks so I'll be bringing those along too. I'm also going to Eternabond the roof right away. So, that will be on by the Cruiser Convention.

Can't wait to start doing some camping.

Greg, I thought you had that new rig already? Let the excitement begin, huh.
I have a surge guard installed. You will be able to see it at the rally. Here is a link.

Lloyd,

We originally planned to pick it up earlier than this, but a few delays got in the way. I'll be busy getting some mods in there before our campout.

Well I got my new 2012 Cruiser CF325CKP home today so now I have to get going on the mods so I have something for show and tell at the conference.

On a new note, we are going to kick it up a notch with this conference!!!! YES, we are going to have door prizes! When I picked up my rig today I told my dealer about the conference and mentioned if you would like some very reasonable advertising, how about kicking in some "treasures" that I could hand out for door prizes.....mission accomplished. So I would like to ask anybody else that is going to attend to talk to your dealer and see if they would be willing to add to the pot. I will make certain they get proper acknowledgement for the donation. This could also be extended to your employer or insurance people or bank or....
Lets face it, everyone likes freebies so additional donations will be gladly accepted.

Well I have a bunch of mods completed on my new Cruiser and I was going to post them but I think I'll wait until after the Convention. Looking forward to Lloyds LED conversions, especially the tail lights.
I sent a poster of the Convention to my dealer, Gansen RV in riceville, Ia to show their customers so maybe we can round up a few more folks to the south.

Well Ken, I tok your challange and asked our dealer (Pleasureland RV) if he had any SWAG for the convention. He said he'll check and let me know by the end of the week.

Also do you have a flyer for the ralley that we could print and give to our dealer to post in their building?

I hope this thing starts to grow as I think it will be impressive to see a park full of one (#1) brand of trailers/5wheelers.

kir650goldwing - Greg, I sure hope you can find a way to get that surge protector installed before the Cruiser convention....would make a great show & tell for the rest of us. On the other hand if you don't get it it installed maybe collectively all of us at the convention can figure out how to get 'er done.

Just a reminder - Get your reservations in now if you want to be included in the Cruiser line-up! Looks like everyone should go home with some kind of door prize but of course more are gladly accepted

Hey Ken,
Looking forward to meeting everyone. The 5er is now ready for the summer. We just got back from a few days in the NF dry camping. Everything seems to be working the way it's suppose to. So, we're ready to enjoy all the conveniences of a full hookup campground.

Hey Everyone,

Deb (the graphic artist in the family) is working on a Crossroads Cruiser Convention logo. She hopes to have it perfected so it can be ironed on a T-shirt at the convention.

I'm going to get started on installing the surge protector this weekend. I think I've got most of the install figured out.

I've got lots of mods installed and a few more to go yet but I hope to have them all done in time for the convention.

I'm going to be roasting some coffee today. I thought I would bring some along just in case we have any coffee drinkers in the bunch that wanted to give it a try.

Lloyd.

Deb will be delighted to hear that there is another coffee drinker in the group. After she talks to you she'll probably want to start roasting the beans herself. See what you have started. lol
