**CANCELLED** Please see my post on page 12 of this thread. Well after not organizing a Texas Rally this year I have had several emails and PM asking if I will ever put one on again. So I am testing the waters here to see what kind of interest I get in having another rally at Buckhorn Lake Resort in Kerrville, Tx.inMay of 2014. This will give everyone plenty of time to make arrangements for time off or travel.Beverly and I will be at Buckhorn mid May and if I get enough interest between now and then I can setup a rally while we are there. So if you

want to get this thing rolling again let me know soon.

For anyone that has not attended before I will add a link to the Resort so you will have some idea what the place looks like. We get the Road House room for our potluck dinners which seats 100 and has a full industrial kitchen. There are a lot of things to do and see in the Texas Hill Country. If you have any questions feel free to ask and either myself or someone that has been to one of the rallies there can answer you.

Thanks

It's a long ways off, and a lot can happen between now and then, but right at this point I would say yes.

Hal, you won't be an SOB at this rally because it is not Crossroads specific.

Eric, there will be a lot to talk about. Bigfoot is a very elusive creature but Hal and I have come up with some very Redneck techniques that seem to be working. I cannot divulge anymore information at this time......

Going to try and make it. Guess we have to stay in the back 40, non-Crossroads, snob section?

Keith,
Count us in, we will plan on being there. I will watch the forum for information as time goes on. I've checked out the campgrounds and it looks very nice. I'm not sure if we will be wintering in FL or TX this coming year but this may help change our minds. Either way, we will be there.

Thanks,
Jim

Keith, this is a rally for friends and family no matter what brand of rv they own? Art, you and Karen just may have to move on up to the front row. I think the back row is for people from Mississippi

Not sure yet Clif. Beverly wanted to go for our 35th weddinganniversary and her birthday but she is not sure yet when she can get off. It may be one of those she finds out shecanget off for a few days one week and we take off. I haveplentyof time and can get it just about any time I want it but with her it is a little harder.

Count us in on the 2014 Rally & give me a holler in May 2013 when you're at Buckhorn. We'll be park hosting again at Garner & just might drive over forthe beer you owe me! Since Crossroads could not come last year, maybe Dave Boggs will join us in 2014!Edited by: FFFord

Hello all! We will be there again!
Thanks Keith for setting this up ... we will arrange another campfire too . ..

We are tentatively planning a trip to Durango Colorado end of June 2013 with a few stops along the way. Hoping to park the 5vr in Durango for a couple of days and go up to Ouray, Silverton etc for some hiking. Would welcome visiting with anyone too if you are in the area. Also any suggestions for things not to miss there or along the way.
