Model year date cutoff to next year

After buying what I belive to be a 2015 model I noticed yesterday that the production date reads 3/9/2014? is that the ninth month or the third month depending on whar convention they used? the registration says 2015 on the documents but it not exactly out of the box fresh.
Then I started looking online at some 2015 models and noticed some minor changes in cabinetry etc compared to my "2015" all the ones online are different and have the updated interior and exterior changes.
does anyone know what crossroads consider the changeover dates?

For just about all RV brands, the crossover date is somewhere in late Feb. or early March. So your unit is correctly registered as a 2015. However, again almost all brands do a mid to late year refresh prior to the Louisville trade show. And many times the changes at that time are more significant than the "model year" change. During the 2011 model year, CR changed the Cruiser frame and front cap, so from Feb. 2010 thru about Aug. 2010 they had the old style front cap that had been in production from the very first Cruiser unit. Later units got the new frame and front cap and some of us had issues that forced another frame change in June, 2011. So, be happy with what you have, a 2015 model year unit with hopefully fewer issues.

I have a 2013 ST25RB. I noticed the other day while checking the battery and then crawled under it as I seen a sticker on the frame that says 2012 ST25RB on it. Do not remember if it stated a month.

Mine is also a 2013 model , but with the older style brown front cap . toward the end of the 2013 year they finally ran out of the 'older style' brown front cap and started putting on the newer style brown cap...then went with the beige cap 0n the 2015's.

When I ordered mine on March 21,2014, it was ordered as a 2014. By the time is was built and delivered on June 4th it was a 2015 with all the changes for 2015. Mine came with the cable system for the rear slides and had the beige front cap. I have not had many of the issues that others have had with thier 2014's.

I think actually March 1st is the start of the new model year. We had a 2012 Zinger, with a manufacture date of March 1st, 2011.
