Oven won't stay on

I have the super light 26' trailer, bought new last September. The oven has never worked right, as it turns itself off every time I try to use it after 20-30 minutes. I can relight it, but it will turn itself off again. I have had it in the dealer's shop for over a month now, trying to get it fixed. They tell me there are 4 or 5 different thermostats that are listed as replacements and only one will work. They ordered one from Crossroads after sending pictures to CR, and CR advice, but it turned out to not work. They have ordered another, due next week?, to see if it will work, but no guarantees.
I am getting pretty PO'd about this situation, and called CR today to bitch. The customer service rep was helpful but defensive about CR and it's role in this, blaming the dealer for choosing the wrong part. It just seems to me that they should have better control over what parts go where and what thermostat goes with which oven. I am missing out on my summer camping season...

The only thing I can say is CR does not make the oven or thermostat. It supplied by an outside manufacturer. The manufacturer the one who should know what thermostat is the the oven by it's serial number.
Maybe the dealer should call the oven manufacture for the correct part and nor CR.
What brand oven is it??

I have a 2014 300BH trailer with the same problem. Is your stove a Suburban? Have mine in the shop now. They say they have fixed it but haven't gotten the trailer back yet since they are working on several problems. I called CR and they said it was a warranty problem covered by the manuf of the oven. I called Suburban and they will not provide parts directly to the consumer..you have to go through a repair service. So that's what I did. Won't know until I take it out again if it's really fixed.

I thought the new 1+ a promise warranty was supposed to eliminate that issue. Crossroads was supposed to be the single point of contact for warranty concerns. What happened to the promise?

Seems the 12 point promise is a taboo subject on here.

A few years ago CR done away with the 2+5 warranty and replaced it with the new 1+ 12promises warranty which was supposed to be better than the old warranty.

Come to think of it, when I bought my unit in May this year, no mention was made of the 12 point promise...wonder why...

Yes but all they did was add the issue to my file of problems and said I would have to take it to the dealer which is fine. That being said, I generally like to know what is wrong first so I do get some smart a** tech trying BS my saying something like I need a new stove when I know it's just a thermocouple!! It's happened before (not yet with the RV dealer but I don't have experience with them yet) and I love the look on their face when I call them out and identify the actual issue!!

I just heard from the dealer. He says that Crossroads sent him lat week a thermostat that is different than the one he ordered, and it didn't work. (Crossroads told me they sent him the part he ordered.). He then reordered it last week, and on Monday he checked status to find it won't be here until the end of this week! And then we still have to see if it even works!
There are apparently 4 or 5 separate thermostats that were used in this oven, and there is apparently no tracking by serial # as to which one went in each oven.
