Not sure if anyone is interested but, I have towed this trailer from San Antonio Texas to Las Vegas and back and then to Boston and headed home this November. Been living in it full time since March 1, 2014. We have had a few problems but overall we are very happy with our unit.

I would use Eternabond around the skylight on the roof. Dicor, as suggested, on the sides.

What ever you choose to do it with, make sure you clean it "real good" first, or you will be wasting your time.

I had a similar issue on my 2013 300BH (separation at the roof-to-wall seam). I had it serviced under warranty at the their facility.

Temporarily, you'll want to clean it well. I use Eternabond EC-1 Etranaclean Spray Cleaner to prep the area and Dicor beige lap sealant.

Longer term, you want to get it in under warranty and documented.. Those tears look similar to mine and they were stress tears.
