Here is what I do and it is free. First off, I don't remove the seal without replacing it. They are too cheap and too important to try and re-use them. After removing the outer bearing, reinstall the large spindle nut by itself (no washer). Then pull the wheel off the spindle. As you pull the wheel off, the rear bearing and seal will catch on the nut and when the wheel comes off, the rear bearing and seal will be sitting on the spindle.
