The main difference is the frame. The CTX is set up for dual towing. Mine has a factory installed hitch, rated at 300 lbs., deadweight and 3000 lbs,. tow weight. So you can tow a boat or quad or something behind the FW.

In the 5th wheel versions you get very similar construction but a unique front cap, slightly pared down option list on the CTX, and a focus on creating florplans that are, or near, 1/2 to towing limits by spec.

The nice part is, at last check, a smaller version of the Cruiser line with all the construction benefits.

To add.
The Ctx versions have what appears to the same axles and offer a lot of cargo weight capacity.
When we ordered ours, they let us add all the popular Cruiser options....
Triple tow was a big deal to us being we have a lot of lakes with camp grounds nearby. It's nice to be able to take one tow vehicle vs. two.

Captain Mike, how long have you towed like that, Don't think I'd care for that too much. Is it legal in all states? I would reckon you probably only tow locally, to lakes nearby ...?

Yep locally, point A to point B.
Boat and trailer is 2300#'s. Really does not affect the towing being the combined weight is still around 10,000 #'s. I leave the rear camera on to remind me it is back there.
Legal in TN and many other states. (Some require 5th wheel with triple tow)
The boat has hydraulic surge brakes and they work well. It can get a little tricky in some campgrounds (64.5 feet total length).
I would do it all over again if I had to, it works for us.
