That was pretty poetic, and painted a nice picture in my mind also...Gotta agree with you 100 %...I have two neighbors that burn wood for heat and every time I walk out of the house and smell that smoke in the air, in my minds eye I can see that fire in the fire pit and all us friends sitting around it...

After that I think we should appoint Stan as Official Spokesman and Chief Marketing Officer for the group! At double his current group-paid salary of course!

BIG BLUE (my F350) got new driver's seat upholstery, a new rear tailgate blue oval, a Ford Sync reset, and a basic detailing yesterday! Why is it that clean vehicles seem to run better?

Tommy - he get's a beer from me - now he'll get 2. I'm pretty sure Joe gives him one also, so that means he'll get a total of 4!

Mark...Yes less dirt, less weight... A coat of wax, less friction, slips through the air faster...

Rick... I can see by your baby's picture in your signature she is saying: "MY Daddy takes care of me"... Even her tires are shined up...

Rick...I guess I'm SOL as far as payment goes..I don't drink beer..I drink Yukon Jack and keep a pint in the camper at all times in case I get in the mood for a Shooter or two...

I think Joe might reward Stan with a little libation made in Kentucky... Stan mentioned partaking of it a few posts ago...

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I have no idea when our season will start. I'm waiting to hear when we will get our Sabre back from the factory. It has been there for just over a week now. Dear Santa can you please bring my fixed fiver back and leave it by the tree outside?

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year.
Our 2015 camping season will start in March, with another trip to Breaux Bridges, LA, then to Jacksonville.
See you all in May.

Rick
Congratulations on the housr flip...

Our first trip this year was April, not sure when our first trip in 2015 will be, but I know we have already committed for a trip in May...

Rosie and I would also like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...and Happy Holidays for those on this forum who may be of other faiths...

Our next camping trip will most likely be the NECR in May.

And to all our North East Crossroads rally members, the Mason Dixon bunch, and to all fellow campers,
