I have a new 33BD and the front stabilizer angle brace is hitting the fresh water tank drain. Has anyone else had this issue? I am concerned it will eventually damage the water tank. I looks like the front stabilizer should have been mounted a couple of inches forward, so the brace wouldn't hit the drain tube.

there should be only a couple o screws and maybe 2 bolts holding the brace on each side. if your dealer is not close , just undo it and move it forward a bit and re secure.

Does it require drilling new holes in the frame?

Yes it will , but its not that hard. just reuse the same ones. . While you are at it , unscrew a few screws with the washers on and check the water hose where it goes to the tank ( right near the drain)for a kink.Mine was kinked.

The front brace on my 33BD just slightly touches the drain cap when fully retracted. Prob not enough for me to move the stabilizer.

Moving the Stabilizer up was not an option. There is a crossmember (Watertank Support?) just in front of the stabilizer. I ended up removing the short drain tube, putting in a 90 degree elbow a valve then another 90 degree elbow. No contact now, plus I have a 1/4 turn valve on my drain. Also easier than moving the stabilizer forward.
