Finally got Our Cruiser back from Dealer, it's been in for work. Thank goodness for Warranties. My thanks to Our Dealer ( Dolney RV Center, Inc.) & CrossRoads! Long story, but it cost $765.00 for parts & $85.00 for labor a total of $850.00 all covered. Converter went bad (replaced) & something for all to watch for on Our Bedroom slide two of the bolts on one of the roller brackets sheared off, Service Tech figured they were loose from the get go & worked themselves out far enough were they caught on something thus shearing off & the roller fell out of the bracket causing the slide to shift down on the one side. Wrecked the bottom weather seal on slide. All fixed under warranty. The Service Tech also finally found the leak in Our fresh water tank, it was in the fill hose, there was a slit in the top which means it would never leak until the tank was full full. Again cudoes to Our Dealer & CrossRoads!! Now We're ready to go Camping come on Spring & warm weather.

Glad you've gotten your trailer back and everything is fixed. Sure makes you feel like you made the right decision when the dealer and manufacturer step up and take care of the problems in a professional manner. Come On Spring!!

Larry, I think your trying to get Me in trouble again! Our Rig is less than two years old. Would I like to upgrade YES! Will DW let Me No! I would like to go though, I'll have to see if DW is interested in "looking". I wish Dolneys had a Patriot model I'd like to see one in person!

Dolney's has been great to us. They fix things well and fast and keep me well informed.
