If the Sani-T-Flush line just drains into the black water tank, why would you need to winterize it? It shouldn't be holding any water. Am I correct in my thinking here?

Either I've been lucky all these years, or you are right.
I have never done anything with mine, and I live where it gets pretty cold.

Easiest way to winterize it is to blow out with air compressor.

The first time I used the Sani flush water ran from the under pinned belly. So I pulled the panel from where I could gain access to the line. When doing so it goes up to a block or air gap if you will, then heads down to the tank. I'm not sure if the hose has a low point or is straight to the head unit but either way it takes no more effort to move the air hose over to the inlet. I use air to purge the lines to winterize my system along with some pink stuff in p traps under the sink I had just never thought of doing this before. I would rather be safe than sorry.

That is what I do. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Lloyd isn't your RV indoors in winter?

Al, I couldn't agree more about the prevention.

Yes my trailer is inside a building in the winter, and summer, but there is no heat in the winter and no AC in the summer.

Like I said, maybe I have been lucky. I really don't know what could be in there to hold/trap water tho.

Lloyd, probably not a heck of a lot. I live near the coast and winter brings the wind. I store outdoors so I try to do all I can against the cold
So it is not a big chore when I am winterizing. I use both air and the 'pink' stuff I figure it cannot hurt. (just air in the flush)

A trick I learned while back was dump a bag of ice in the toilet before you leave the house it acts as a cleaner while camper is moving ice rolling around in the tank loosens any stuck waste if you have sewer at campground dump it before starting your camping if not it will just add small amour of water.

@msisko what a great idea I usually dump a couple gallons of water in the tank but I really like the idea of the ice moving around. Will try this on my next outing.Already out and set up for this weekend.

Some people swear by this I believe it could help. I would suggest you have a full tank when you dump. The more volume you have the better for getting the tank cleaned well.
