Maybe the sail switch is stuck or too little air flow on the intake side due to spider webs, etc. I'm not sure if the DSI spark is also controlled by the sail switch, but if you hear it sparking but the burner doesn't fire up, then again no gas or the spark needed to be adjusted or cleaned.

^^ What Larry said. This has actually burned me before. In my case, the way my Blue Ridge was wired, the battery disconnect actually isolated the blower fan from the inverter. It never crossed my mind that the disconnect being open would cause any problems since I was connected to park power. However, as the fan would drag the battery down, the fan speed would decrease to the point that the sail switch was breaking, which prevented the furnace from firing. It took two trips back to the dealer and them not finding a problem before a guy over on the Forest River Forum explained to me what he thought the problem was. He was correct, and I never had another problem with it.
