Slidetopper

Put a slideout topper on my unit, but due to space restraints between the slideout flange, and the drip edge on the side of the unit, I could not taper the topper. Does anyone have a solution to rain buildup in the center of the vinle? There's about 5 inches between the top of the slideout and the vinyl. The slideout is 12 feet long. I'm thinking a custom fit Styrofoam insert tapered from the middle that I can slide in between, any other thoughts? Thanks.

I just let the water build up the topper and then when I bring the slide in the water runs off.

X2 - also if there is a breeze most of the water will run off. I had the dealer install mine before I took delivery. If there were issues with the topper I wanted the dealer to fix it.
