We just purchased the Elevation 3310. Love it so far,but had two questions maybe the factory or another 3310 owner could answer.

The toilet in the 1/2 bath is porcelain and the toilet in the full bath is plastic. Is this the way all 3310's come from the factory? Also, on the Crossroads website the bathroom counter in the full bath is supposed to be a solid surface material to match the counter top in the kitchen. Ours is a formicacountertop.

Any help to clarify these issues would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome, congradulations and POST SOME PICTURES!!!! I want one so dang bad I can almost smell the new-ness just thinking about it....

Sorry I have no answers to your questions, but I would feel confident that calling the factory would help answer your questions best.

We looked at a 3310 in Dallas and it was the same way. I was surprised at the bathroom counters and the different toliets as well.
