I finally got tired of theSQUEEKS each time I pulled my 2008KF33SK Kingston 5th wheel. Started searching and finally found that the top bolt in the Trail Air, Equa-Flex, flexible rubber equalizers(The device mounted between the two sets of leaf springs on the axels)were dry and the bearings have worn out. We have approximately 15,000 miles on this unit. Of course the warranty has run out, so they are not covered. Contacted Trail Air (800-998-4238)and ordered the replacement bearings which should arrive any day now. Will let you know if this solved the problem next time we make a trip. The bearing replacements are $3.00 each, whereas new equalizers are $249.00 each. I also found that the two wet bolts (those that can be greased, had never been greased. I am replacing the bearings in these as well and will make sure that they remain 'wet'.
