And I am happy to say we have no major issues. A few little items but I've got a ticket open with the dealership and they are going to handle it when I bring it in at the end of the season. This unit is a totally different class from our starter trailer (Keystone Springdale 295RBSSR). While the wife is getting used to a normal size bathroom the trailer has a lot of little things that just make it nicer. We are looking to take it on longer trips and it tows great behind the ram 2500. I figure with all of the negatives on here I would offer up some positive feedback. Lets hope it stays this way.

I'm convinced there is still more positive than negative, the negative just gets more talk. Of the tens of thousands of trailers made and sold, relatively few of their owners are here complaining about them.

Congratulations on your new rig. Hope you continue to enjoy it.

Congrats on the new rig. Positive news is always a good thing. I think most of the older forum members just got really upset about the change in warranty and the baloney about how one year was better than two. Change is hard and when not done properly it can be disasterous.

Just completed our shakedown cruise also on our TF3612, after first repairing a damaged tire during shipment that wasn't found during PDI, also found another tire damaged during shipment has the other tire was being fixed, driver didn't set brake controller correctly. We had a great local trip, enjoyed the beautiful trailer Crossroads has produced, however the fit and finish is a little lacking. We have a list of 16 items that need fixed, not major except tires. I still think this unit is a good value, but they still have some work to do in quality control. With the one year warranty I plan to be firm on getting all repairs completed. Also towed great behind my 2012 GMC 2500 crew/4x4 duramax. 1,800 lbs pin, 21,500 GCVW with RZR 4 in garage.
