Hey guys, I picked myself up a new 2013 3612 about 3 months ago...I'm currently working in northern Alberta canada and haven't had any issues so far. Granted I'm in a full service camp ground. My only question tho is this...I filled my fresh water tank because the campground water system was gonna be turned off for a few days, and I want to drain the water that wasn't used, and I can't seem to find the drain plug for the fresh water tank. On my previous toy haulers there was a release valve similar to the black and grey valves. Does anyone have an answer to this?

Look for a 1/2" or 3/4" pex pipe coming straight down below the tank with a screw on cap on it. Undo the cap and wait half a day for it to drain.I used to have a 2" drain on my old unit with a gate valve and it would dump the tank in about 20 seconds. This one takes awhile. Edited by: WildWildWest

On the left side of the trailer, underneath the belly by the tires you will see an overflow line and the drain valve for the tank. Closer to the front of the trailer there are two valves , but they are for draining the lines only... not the tank.

So there is no drain plug for the fresh water tank then? If not then that's brutal. There should be a visible drain valve on all toy haulers. Not having one is just annoying.
