Great question, Nancy!

On another note, are there places nearby where we can buy parts for the RV? Does the factory sell any parts? Our daughter accidentally damaged the rail on one of her drawers and needs a new one. She is not having much luck ordering one through a local Crossroads dealer.

Parts

There are two surplus RV stores nearby. One is on hwy 5 by north campground. A huge one in Whiter River, MI., about ten miles away.

Parts

I only have service experience, and got my add on parts, while they were working on it. (factory service) There will be service and parts people at the rally. If they can't deliver to you direct, they could hand off to Wana while you are at the rally. (If you can quickly install them it makes border crossings easier.) I'll have my tools with me. Answer: I would think you could buy parts there. Wait a minute all the factory parts people just fell over!!

You can bring whatever you want. There is not "sign up" form for this pass a dish / potluck. Everyone should bring their own meat, plates, utensils and drink of choice. Some bring side dishes and others bring dessert type items. And there always seems to be plenty. I did see a few meat-based items.

Looking forward to seeing you next week.

We actually have an appointment for service at the factory on July 22, so maybe we can talk to the parts people there. Thanks!

Our first Crossroads Rally.
Had a great time. Enjoyed putting faces with forum names.

Thanks to Rick for ALL the help.
Met way to many to list here without finding my notes.

Again thanks to everyone here at the Rally for your help and encouragement.

A great community.

This was also our first rally. We had a great time and met many wonderful people. The factory tour was very interesting. There were a bunch of employees from Crossroads who barbecued lunch for us on Friday and there was a question and answer afterwards. One of them sat at our table. We asked him what he does at Crossroads and he said he is the president. He has to be younger than forty. Nice guy, and the q & a was informative.

It appears Crossroads is going in a good direction as far as quality is concerned. We are impressed with the company.

On Tuesday we have an appointment at the factory to get our warrantee issues addressed that were not addressed at the three dealerships we have taken it to. We are here until Thursday and plan to do some touristy stuff.

Many thanks for Rick & Pat for all their work with this rally. It was well run and well attended. The campground is clean and well maintained.

Rick & Pat
Thanks for a great rally. We had a great time. Really enjoyed meeting new people and putting a face to some we have talked to on the Family Forum.

I was very impressed with the new president of Crossroads, Andy, who did a question and answer session with us owners. I hope that Thor will let Andy continue to take Crossroads in the direction he explained to us at that Q & A session. I was also impressed with the management team, that Andy surounded himself with, they all seem to be very motivated.

Thanks also to Randy & Gary for taking care of the last warranty issues I had on my unit. The new customer service building is really Randy's building, with 11 bays for Randy and his crew to utilize, which is 9 more than he has to work with now. The customer service reps will also share the building with him.

Glad also that I got to tour the factory, and got to see how these units are put together. It will surely help me in the future when I need to fix something on my rig.

Bottom line is, I enjoyed this rally very much, and can honestly say I think Crossroads is now headed in the right direction. IMHO..

Rick and Pat, thanks so much for all your hard work in putting together this rally. It was my first one, but definitely not my last. I had a wonderful time, and my daughter really enjoyed being the only kid there; she got a lot of attention, lol. I loved meeting so many wonderful people, and I hope to make it down there again someday.

Linda & I and the 'girls' are finally home. We stopped in Bowling Green, Ky at KOA (really nice cg) to see the Corvette Museum and the underground river cave. We want to thank Rick, Patti, Andy, Randy, CR, and all the rest of the people who worked together to put another excellent rally together for us to enjoy. We met a lot of new friends and got to see our fiends from years past. The weather was outstanding, hope to see everyone again next year. Thanks again for all you do.
