Parts arrived on Friday. They are starting repairs tomorrow and are almost promising it to be done next Thursday. Fingers crossed.

Has anyone ever seen this happen before? We just came back from a windy and cold trip. Noticed the rubber roof is bubbling up at the front. I have not been able to check out the back half of the roof yet as it currently has snow on it. But is seams that as the roof gets warmer the bubbling is getting smaller.

Ha yea i did mean Memorial Day...was a long day yesterday .

And wow CatFlip that does not look good. I'd get that to the dealer ASAP. Your rubber roof is definitely separating from the plywood base. Plus the sealant job around the cap (especially the corner) looks very poorly done.

It looks a lot better today but still has wrinkles in the rubber. I will try to get it to the CW dealer tomorrow. I want to take it out during Memorial Day weekend. Hope they can do something quick.

Looks like they should take apart the front as well. If the roof looks that bad. You really need to question where else the water went.

Well I get to pick ours up tomorrow. They had found some additional issues under the fiberglass and replaced the plywood and some support pieces. They have a new blue LED light strip, fender flares and edge caps on order so I'll have to bring it back for 4 hrs of additional work after our Memorial Day weekend trip, but at least we get to use it. The dealer has been really responsive to my requests, calls, and emails so other than a slightly longer than anticipated wait (due to CR warranty claim delays) I've been pretty happy. I'll post picks once I get to see it.

Yes. My brand new elevation 3912 lost the front half of it's roof all the way back the the first AC unit.

Took it to the dealer and turns out the roof had not nearly as much glue as needed. In fact, almost NO glue holding the middle down. CR has approved a $6,000 repair to replace my entire roof and some of the wood underneath just to make sure no water damage occured.

I discovered my roof had torn up in a truck stop on I-81 headed back home from DC to Atlanta.

Dealer has been awesome, CR quickly approved the repairs, but it's not OK that this happened to a 70K rig.

I'm happy that I now have a BRAND NEW roof that I trust has been glued to the extreme and I'll have NO issues with for a long time to come.

Hope you have a good dealer.

The rubber roof has tightened back up with the warm weather. I have a service appointment with Camping World on 17 June! Not too happy with the long wait but I don't think it is leaking. I am taking it out again this Memorial Day weekend. CR support have been very responsive. They called me back quick and should not have any issues once Camping World can work on it.

Well we got ours back temporaily and went on our Memorial Day trip. The trip was great. No issues with leaks, but there were a couple of spots where it looked like the fiberglass was being poked at from underneath by the new framing. I had to take it back for new rails caps that hadn't arrived on time and a couple of remaining cosmetic warranty issues so they are gonna be pulling the fiberglass off again to see if they can fix the dimples. They are water leak testing it this week so hopefully she'll be better than new.
