Well, 1st I'd like to welcome you Pat!!!
Crossroads builds a nice product and I believe you will be very pleased with the unit you have bought. Like any RV they will have a few issues within the first couple camping trips. You can negate this by doing a real thorough walk-thru with your dealer at pickup. Be sure to test all appliances, water/propane systems, inspect cabinets, trim, audio system, check exterior, etc.
This will ensure anything that needs attention get's it before you leave the dealer's lot.

Welcome to the forum Pat.
I have a feeling you will be happy with your choice. Just make sure when you pick it up, that the walk thru dosen't get rushed in any way.

Hello Pat! Welcome to the site. We have the same unit as you just acquired and think it is great. From our experience (this is #3 RV for us... a Jayco, Challenger and now the Seville) this unit is by far the best we've had. It's construction, layout and towability are excellent. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit just after we got it. The dealer and company stood behind us and replaced the unit. Other than that things have been great.
Hope you have many happy trails!

Hi Pat,
One other thing that I thought about when u said u had locked yurself out. I would suggest you order some extra deadbolt keys (I realize that extra keys would not have helped that problem). For us we always seemed to be leaving them somewhere or need someone to have one. If you choose to get them there is a phone # inside the plate of the deadbolt that u can order them from. They are much cheaper and quicker than from the dealers. Just a thot.

Well, its definitely a good time to be looking for a truck. Anything from a free car to a Polaris side by side included with your purchase to get the ball rolling. Wish I was in the market right now!

Hi Pat,
I see by your location that you are in Airdrie, we just put down a deposit on a Seville 35ck at a dealership in Airdrie, probably the same dealer, do you mind if I ask if everything went ok, did they do a good pdi? I will post the our experience to date in anew thread.

Hi Pat welcome to the forum. Are you talking park pressure or camper pressure. If park pressure check for a built in regulator , may be able to remove untill you can get fixed. If camper tank pressure check for stuck check valve.

Guarantee RV in Calgary near Calaway Park is the new Crossroads dealer in Calgary and I've heard they will service Crossroads products purchased elsewhere.
