Stabilizer Jack Wiring

Hello,

I need some help. I am ready to replace the motors on my lippert stabilizers with the Klauber C-800 motors. However, I have lost all the photos I took of the wiring before I disconnected the burnt out motors. Someone thought the beer cooler would be a good place to store my phone. This is what I have:

1. Four wires coming out of the trailer (I assume two are somehow related to the remote control option for the jacks, but I could be wrong)
2. Two wires coming out of the motor
3. Two wires coming out of the switch (plus a ground wire)
4. Four quick splice connectors (I think they are 3m pigtails)

Does anyone know how these wires need to be connected? If you have or could take photos of a similar set up that might help. I have contacted CR customer service, but the wiring diagram I got from them is from the Lippert manual and doesn't cover the type of switches I have or the extra two wires coming out of the trailer.

The lippert manual covers the generic wiring but doesn't work in my situation, because the trailer has a wiring harness with only two wires coming out of the switch and four wires coming out of the trailer. Then there are two wires coming out of the motor. In the original wiring before I removed the original motors, these eight wires were connected in four places. I just don't know how the eight wires pair up to four connectors.

Come on guys, there must be another 2012 ST 29QBHS out there for someone to verify the wiring for Andy and Jen. Lets help 'em out.

Thanks Stan. I'm going to attempt to post a picture of the wiring. These are the four wires coming out of the trailer at the front stabilizer. Two distinct pairs of red and white. The rear stabilizer wiring has two pairs, but three white and one red.

Here is the rear wiring. In addition to the four wires coming out of the trailer, you can see the blue and yellow wires that come out of the switch. The two wires from the motor are not shown.

No, I've only used it for spring break this year, and I just hand cranked them for that trip. I'll have it out again soon and may set some time aside to hook them up. I never found the correct wiring, but I think I can fix it with trial and error.

Ok, I finished mine yesterday and it works.

If you pull the wires out of the plastic wire loom, you should find that one white is paired with the Orange and the other white is paired with the Red.

On mine it goes like this:

Switch | Trailer
Yellow -> Orange
Blue. -> White (the one paired with the Orange)
Black. -> Grounded nearby at the frame
Red. Unused

The other two go to your motor. Mine was white to white and black to black.

You are welcome. Good luck.

One other thing I learned- there are two fuses for the motor, both on the circuit board for the camper controller. I had one fuse burned up and the other was good, so it caused me some extra time to troubleshoot. For some reason, I figured that if I had power to the motor it couldn't be a fuse. Wrong!

My circuit board is carefully hidden in the kitchen under the bottom drawer, but I know they have secret hiding spots in each model. Think about the least likely spot and you are probably close.
