New models?

I just got this message from a dealer:
"I do have a 2015 270VBH Sunset Trail Super Lite coming in next month with all the new changes they are making on September 1st"

This is only 10 days away and I can find absolutely nothing on this on the Crossroads website or anywhere on the net. Seems like there would be at least a press release.

Anyone have any info, or is the release of a new RV model like the release of a new spy plane for the Pentagon?

Typo in his email. Its an ST270BH. Unless its a new model, which I highly doubt.

I bought a 2013 in April of 2013 and the 2014s were just coming out. Maybe they changed their calendar, but worth a call to customer service to see what changes they made, if any.

It is possible in 2010 sept they changed the Patriot model Cruiser to a flat floor bedroom changing the profile from 11'6'' to 12'6' without any fanfare. A nice change but 11'6' was a mid-profile. There were other minor changes they do it all the time.

Sometimes they make midyear changes in interior designs. Could just be that simple.

Our daughter bought a Sunset Trail 270 BH 5er in April of this year, it was manufactured in February and turned out to be a 2015 model. Go figure!

In the fall, all manufacturers make model changes, frequently major changes. They need something new to talk about at the Louisville RV show and don't like to reveal too much too soon to the competition. The show is a trade show, not open to the public and this year it is Dec. 2nd-4th. When major changes are involved, many times there are more differences between model year beginning and model year ending trailers than there are when the model year changes in the spring.

we are getting a 326re they called and asked if we wanted the upgrades, to the cruiser, light glazed maple cabinets and different furniture colors, took out Intel-jacks and as options for 3200 4pt level system,, we do not want any of that , we were lucky and they had one at factory with everything we ordered that a dealership let them swap, we are getting ours in labor day week
