It's funny you say that Art. Last summer we were at Niagara Falls at a state campground with Larry and Karen Serantoni and we were heading to the Indiana Rally from there. My wife had talked to someone at the campground and he suggest we take a route around Niagara Falls, instead of I-190. As it turns out it was a parkway, with bridges at 12'2". My Magellan was screaming at me to get off and I did...that's why I have it. Had I gone the way that was recommended I would have had 2 new A/C units installed last year, and probably a new roof too. A little planning doesn't hurt, not at all.

Travel well...travel safe,
Jim

What surprises, I have a GPS with low clearances programmed in. No surprise there. What does that have to do with a pre-programmed route vs free form?

England is calling you back, something about improper travel.

England, not sure what you mean by that? My family came here in the 16th century from Germany. Although I am originally from upstate NY, that could be considered "New" England I guess.

Travel well,
Jim
