Newbies from Ontario

Hi all, We just put a down payment on a Sunset Trail Reserve 26RB after visiting the MARVAC show in Novi, Michigan. Super excited - it's our first travel trailer. Looking forward to learning from all of you experienced RVers.

Welcome,

I'm not familiar with the 26RB, so just checked it out online. What a great floorplan for the size of trailer. Super roomy!

From another Ontarian, welcome! Enjoy your trailer. We have had plenty of issues, but we really like our trailer a lot.

Welcome from Ontario! We have the 25rb and love it! One word of advise, book your campsites early! Its getting harder and harder to find spots!

Have not camped out yet in ours. Will look on line for close spot to try it out. (Birdshill Park ). We usually go to The international Peacegardens on MB/ND border in second week of July,
We had a 14 footer so this should be nice.

Although I am fairly new to Crossroads myself, I want to say hi, and welcome. We have our new trailer but have not made a maiden voyage yet. I have received lots of good info in the short time I have been a member of the group. I think you will too. Enjoy the new camper.

Thanks

Hi all, Thanks for the welcome and advice. Haven't got farther than the backyard yet, planning on Algonquin this summer. Any suggestions of a nice campground? We'll have our blind diabetic dog with us.

Planning

Good Morning,
OMG I can't believe the challenges of booking an Ontario Provincial parks 4 months in advance. We finally have a site at Pog Lake for 1 week and then Arrowhead for the next. Apparently it is mandatory to book 5 months in advance for a choice of sites. Wow - I was surprised. Looking forward to learning a lot from all of you!

Thats why we camp in upstate NY. The good sites are all booked up the morning they go active.

Welcome from Ontario as well. I hope you have years of great memories with your new trailer.

We also like to camp i upstate NY. Our favorite campground is Higley Flow State Park which is south of Potsdam.
