I think you may have read it wrong in your book, your axle weight is 6575 not your axle ratings. More than likely you have what I have which is two 4,500 pound axles.

We also have a 2014 Sunset Trail Reserve. I tow it with a 2009 F250 4X4. 5.4 gas engine with 410 rears. This past June we towed it from Pennsylvania to Denver and back and the truck preformed great. Other then the 7MPG, but I knew that going into the trip.

I know were going to like camping in this trailer not that we didn't in our other but this one is nicer i know on the gas two tanks and only 100 mile to the tank... well that was going over two mountain passes also, i just installed a Powerbox preformance module on my truck we will see how that works out i did notice a little more throttle and Getty up and go and it idles kind of like it has a upgraded cam but it says it takes about 300 miles for it to adapt to the motor, time well tell may be ill get an extra few miles to the gallon but wouldn't hold my breath.

Our unit still had the manufacturer "stickers" attached to the axles - had serial numbers, date of manuf. and spare parts listing.

Our CF335SS has axles rated at 5200 lbs each. Weight leaving the factory was 10,014 lbs "dry". If I need to replace the axles I will go with ones rated higher.

Being a fifth wheel about 20% of the loaded weight will be on the truck.
