Toilet location ??

Hello all, I have question of the toilet location on the 2015 ST32RL. Our's was to close to the wall on the one side and you had to sit on it side ways. The dealer rotated it and the lid now hit the wall on the one side and doesn't open all the way. Crossroad is telling them that the way it is. I would appreciate if someone that has this model could take down shot of the toilet so I can see how it sit in the corner. This way I can compare it before running to crossroads for help.

Thank you for all you help....Ray

On our '13 ST32RL the toilet sets at a 45 to the walls and the lid does not hit anything.

2015 32rl

I have the same trailer mine is at about a 45 deg also the lid doesn't hit the wall there is about 1 inch between the lid and the wall, sounds like your toilet is set to far back towards the wall here is a couple pictures of mine.

It appears the they located the toilet flange in the wrong location. If that is the case, they will have to re-plumb from the waste pipe up into the floor with the correct dimensions so the toilet will be set in the center of the two walls.

Way to much work and will need new flooring and it may look like a piece job , dealers will probably mess it up cause of being in a hurry or 'smells" See what you can get in lu of changing position of toilet. maybe extention on warranty ??
Guess the men will have to 'sit and p' if the lid does not stay up...but hey, would be easier to clean.

The dealer called and said they have a solution and I should be happy with. Told me they rotated the back of the toilet to sit square to the wall and it seem to be work fine. We see, trying to get up there this weekend. I hoping he correct...I really didn't want them remove the system and try to repair the floor. It would never be the same. I really disappointed that crossroad told them that just the way it is. Still need to contact them about this mistake. Not looking for anything if it works. Just to let them know of poor workmanship that left the plant. Love this unit alot and want to be better....Can't improve if never told....I like it when my customer tell e what I/tech did wrong so we can straighten it out.....

Follow up, we just pick it up today. Crossroad still wouldn't auth the repair. They claim it was sitting where it was suppose to be. I would love for the person that keep said that to come and use it. The shop keep playing with it. Turn it to be squared with the wall. Here the finish repair

I was surprise that there was plenty of room on the side next to the wall (right side of the toilet). Got to say the selling sealer (White Horse RV Center in NJ) really came through for us. Now can't wait til we can get out in it.
