I have a Seville 36SB Fifth wheel and cannot find where the converter is.
We suddenly have no shore power. The batteries have charge and lights work when hooked to vehicle but no power when connected to shore power. We have tried to find the converter but can't locate it to check it.
I agree with Lloyd check out the units battery first. My Converter is located behind the breaker panel

As already suggested, it may be in the basement behind the panel that hides some of the plumbing, etc. It may also be next to the furnace, locate the return air grill for the furnace and remove it to check for the converter. It will be a rectangular box, maybe attached to the furnace compartment wall.
