My wife and I are nowowners of a 2009 Crossroads Cruiser CF31MK, purchased on Valentines Day. We won't have it home with usuntil we can sell our old 1993 Okanagan fifth wheel which we hope will go to a newowner soon.

We've been looking at Crossroads Cruisers for several years and finally found a deal that we couldn't pass up. The CF31MK is a bit longer than I originally wanted but we hope to use it well into our retirement which is still a few years away. We originally wanted a 29RK, then looked at an 30SK and went with the 31MK. I was worried it wouldn't fit with higher truck bed level of our 2006 Sierra 2500 D/A CC, but I made that a condition of the sale. Tried it out on Saturday morning, driving in the snow near Calgary, and found that the extra torque of the diesel means the back end can spin out quite easily. Nothing major, just a surprise that caused the heart to beat a bit faster. The adjustments that I need to make to get the trailer level will still give me 7-8" of space between the truck rail and the bottom of the front of the trailer.

I'm looking forward to interacting on a regular basis and hope to contribute where I can as I get Cruiser experiences behind me. Wassomewhat thinking of buying a Wildcat a week ago, but after reading that user forum, thought I didn't need the headaches. I know I'll probably have my own share of "issues", but I was impressed by the many positive tales of how Crossroads stands behind their products. I'm just hoping that the global economic downturn doesn't drive them to tryingleaner and less satisfying customer service options.

Well no camping up here until the middle of May, so I'll just have to wait and not be envious of those of you who live in warmer climates.

Glad to see you on here. We are Canadian newbies as well. Have had our trailer for one season and have been really happy. Crossroads and our dealer has treated us very well although we haven't had many issues. Hope you have a great season of RVing.
