New 2015 Sunset Trail 22 RB

We just got our new camper yesterday. I hope we made a good choice purchasing a Crossroads product as I had never heard much about them previously. So far we've had two issues and now we're a bit worried there may be more!

Congrats on your new rig, and welcome to the forum.
You can rest assured, there will be more issues as time goes on. It's just the nature of the beast.

Welcome to family...and congratulations on the camper...most all makes, from what I've heard, will have some problems...check out everything while in warranty.

Welcome to the forum. All makes and models experience problems. Some more than others, and some because of the way people handle them. I had a few problems the first year I owned my unit, CR stepped up and fixed them. I had a few problems this year, and while at the rally I had those fixed, and even though I was past my warranty, everything was handled for $0. And, my unit was at the factory for almost 6 hours. Don't be too worried until it's time to worry. Otherwise, take it out and enjoy it and be sure to use the water pump, the water heater on LP, the reefer on LP, and each and every part of your unit so you know how everything works. Enjoy your travels.

Travel well, travel safe,
Jim

Welcome to the forum and best of luck with your new Crossroads. Every manufacturer has a few problems. As long as you have a good dealer with a good service department, you should do well.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with the new camper. Jim had it right when he said to use all the systems in you new rig, and if you have any issues you have the off season to get them worked on.
