The hot water handles on the sink and bathroom faucets have broken. I'm guessing due to heat and also poor materials. I'm talking about just the clear/smoked plastic part you turn to activate the water, not the "innards" of the faucet. I've glued the handles a couple of times, but the bathroom one finally can no longer be glued, it's too messed up. I removed the handles from the outside shower and put them on the bathroom sink. Same size.

I tried to get new handle at the Crossroads dealer, but they only sell the entire fixture.

Anyone found a place to get replacement handles? Or found a non-RV replacement for faucets? Are they compatible at all? I have not checked around but that's a project for this season, and I have a plan to visit a large hardware store this.

I also noted that water cannot be shut off to the individual sink unlike in your home. So if water starts gushing you'll have to shut off the entire water system until you fix the problem. This happened to us this past week; not fun. Luckily I was able to repair the damage before the place flooded. <g>

This is just my thinking, but I'm sure I remember someone replacing their faucet with a home style.Guess you would have to remove the old and measure to be sure.I would think that a handle could be found if that was the way you wanted to go.

On our previous TT I replaced the bath sink faucet with a residental unit, I can't see why a CR unit would be any different.

I replaced the kitchen faucet on a previous trailer with one from Walmart. I believe any standard kitchen faucet with 8 inch distance between mounting will work.

All of the faucets are replaceable with new ones from the hardware store. The kitchen is an 8" spread and the bathroom is a 4". You may not be able to easily find a replacement for the bathroom sink drain as I believe the sink is thinner than a standard sink and the standard pop-up drain won't work.

Replaced the kitchen and bath faucets. I did not use the pop up drain part in the bath sink...just installed the faucet.

We installed a kitchen faucet that had the sprayer as part of the main faucet.

And if faucet still works and you just want to replace knobs, they can be found at HD, Lowe's, ACE, etc.

I'll try a Lowe's or Home Depot. The local HD store where I was camping last week didn't have replacements that would fit.

Thanks to all for the help. I was afraid the faucet's water intake would be different from the resident1al and RV models.

How did you get the kitchen sink out in order to replace the faucets?

You don't have to take the sink out to replace the faucet. You can take the lines off from underneath and then take the nuts off the faucet to remove it. If you want to take the sink off there are meatal clips around the outside (again underneath) that you remove to lift the sink out.

I need to replace my kitchen faucet and there is no way I can get these old bones under the sink and inside the cabinet to reach the nuts on the faucet.

Thanks for the info on the clips. You my have saved me a ton of money.

Where in KY are you from? We lived in Hillsboro for the 12 years before we retired. Bought our Paradice Pointe from Cave Run RV in Salt Lick.

Live in Florence right now. Plan on moving to Dry Ridge later this year. Then again may just move to Don's driveway.

It is Florence Y'all! That happened because it used to say Florence Mall before it was built and too many people got off the expressway and were disapointed so the changed it and liked it so they left it.

Hi dkr1946

You can search on internet for the required faucet. There are several

websites from where you can choose your desired one, and you can

replace those old broken faucets by ordering them to your home.

Thanks
Denzel Parker
