Is anyone else having issues with breaking the plastic support piece which holds the electric cords of the slide. It's a 3" wide plastic strip that has some cables connected to it under the slide and it keeps the cables from dangling down when the slide is retracted.

I've replaced the plastic piece on the living room slide twice and the bunk slide once in the past two years...and they're both broke again. Now my TT is off warranty.

I'll buy another one but I'm certain they'll break again. Just a bad design I guess.

That is a problem on all units with slides. I got part of an old conveyor belt and installed them in place four years ago no problem since
