We just bought a Z1 271BH. I want to mount a flat panel TV about the entertainment center but I am not sure if the wall can support it. I asked the guy durring the walk through he said "probably because it seems solid if you push here on the wall". That did not give me much confidence. The bedroom has a sticker showing where you could mount a TV but there is none above the entertainment center.
Does any one know if the wall can support a mounted TV? If sohow much weight it could hold?

Thanks

When we took delivery of our 271BH we had our dealer mount the TV for us. We didn't feel comfortable doing it ourselves so we went to a local Best Buy and bought a Dynex 24" LCD/DVD combo TV. Due to the LCD (instead of LED) and DVD combo it's not the lightest slim-line TV. Here is where they installed it. Hope this helps.

Funny you post this, though! A local Best Buy is going out of business so we actually went out today and purchased a 22" LED TV on sale for $129 and a cheap mount for it. We're planning on installing it ourselves in the bedroom. My plan was to use a stud finder and mount it on a stud. I'd love to hear from any owners who installed their own.

I purchased a mount from walmart after talking to the Zinger company and them emailing me the blueprint of the re-inforcement. you should request the same. I mounted a 27" LCD. i may go to a 32 but for right now the 27 serves its purpose

I mounted a 32" in the living area and a 19" in the bedroom. There were stickers on the wall stating where you could mount. Just be sure the screws you use are not longer than the thickness of the walls. The screws that come with the mounts are probably too long. I remove the 32" when traveling but leave the 19" on the wall. Got mounts online.

We hung a 19" on the wall between dinette and bunks (your bathroom wall Camper271).

Looks good, but stud is not centered on wall. Shorter lag bolts ARE required.

We used a stud finder and I could kinda see the staples in paneling. We take TV down when traveling.

Chromag,
I put my 21" LCD up in the BR where they have the marking. During the tour of the CR Plant I notice there were "blocks of wood" in quite a few places. I asked what they were for and they actually put them in so you can mount to them. They are normally 2x6's about 8 inches or so long. I did not use the lag bolts that came with the TV bracket but instead used 1 and 1/2 inch lag bolts and they worked fine. I never take the TV down and it rides just fine

I have the ZT-271BH and I installed a 32 inch on the livingroom wall and a 32 inch in the bedroom. Be careful though becuase the stickers seem to be on the edge of the actual wood. At least in my case so I made sure I moved in a few inches before drilling in or I would have split the wood on the edge. Looks great! I am confused on why CR would setup a connection in the Bunk area as only the top bunk can see the tv.....

We just bought a 2015 301BH but we don't take delivery till next week, i am wanting to go ahead and purchase my TV and mount. How much distance/gap do I have between the slide out (When slid IN.) and the wall where the mount will go.

I've called customer service before we picked up our unit and the tech ran out to one of the units on the lot and grabbed measurement for us. We were looking at the size of storage containers and he grabbed dimensions for us on the front compartment.

Give it a shot.

I agree with Z1. When I mounted the Tv in my bedroom the sticker that said mount Tv here was not where the block of wood was. The mounting block was about 6inches off to the right.

I mounted a 39 in led in both the bedroom and living space no issues beside stickers are way off
