Damn CrossRoads!

It is really burning me that I didn't catch there not being an A/C vent in the bathroom and now they won't come to the table and put one in..... Why would I want a heater vent in there duirng the summer when that is the only time I use it and not have an A/C vent in there?

They are out of their minds!

I'll put the damn thing in myself and they can forget any further business from me and you can bet I'll be looking my vehicle over with a fine tooth comb and getting ALL my warranty work registered before it runs out....

They only had to meet me half way and I would have paid the difference to have it put in, Now I'll just wait until the warranty is up and put it in myself.

Been thankful for the heater vent many times over 7 seasons with the ST. Have not missed not having an A/C vent in there once.

Well, I wanted to voice my frustration:

Had my RV at the local dealership (name witheld) for warranty work.

1. I told them to NOT remove my HA under any circumstance and that if they had to I would do so for them.

The ignored that and removed the hitch without telling me. When I was told to pick up the RV 3 months later the RV was left in the lot on a block of wood with the following:

Filthy carpet! They walked back and forth with their filthy feet and didn't give it a second thought.

They neglected to put the access panle under the sink, under the bunks and under the oven back on.

And, to top it all off, They misplaced my hitch!

I went back a total of three times with each time having them get one thing fixed until finally on the thrid try the hitch was on but missing the pins to connect it. They had to order the parts from Hensley. Theres so much more to this but I have a filthy carpet now that WILL NOT come clean. AND they never connected the panle under the oven. Also my battery is completely dead which I have tried repeatedly to charge with no luck. Theres even more but I can't keep typing....

That's to bad you had to experience that from the dealer. I believe a lot of problems are related to this type uncaring dealers. I wish CR would weed out these dealers.

Ken.... there are definitely bad dealers out there and it sounds like you have found one. I can't help but think a lot of the issues you have had track back to this dealership telling you they are doing this or that and not really doing what they are supposed to be doing to get your warranty work done and covered. I'm thinking they also were subpar on their own inspection prior to selling the trailer. I would locate another location to get your warranty work done in the future.

Yeah, That's not gonna happen without legal interaction. I don't understand for the life of me how they are allowed to just be so disrespectful of your property like that. I have been land locked with this snow on the northeast so I haven't been able to go over it in more detail but this weekend I am hoping to do just that and I will be calling the president of the company......

Please, someone tell me of a brand of Rv's that don't have a few bad dealers associated with them.

Mark- that sound you hear is the crickets chirping because no-one can tell you that answer. You will get the same response when asking about a manufacturer with no build/quality control issues.

how about a quick poll:

how many people out here have an AC vent in the bathroom of thier rerspective RV's? How many do not?

Also, since most of us use our RV's during the summer days I feel it makes more sence to make sure you are cool while releiving yourself rather than sweating to the sound of the small fan trying to pull the breeze thru.
