Hello Everyone. Sorry so slow to answer but been busy camping in between 65 hour weeks.
"lubing" the tank valves and cleaning the seals -
I use Teflon on the valve rods, working each of them several times.
Cleaning the seals, with them open I wipe them out out ensuring no debris is on the paddle or in the seal slot. Sturdy work grade disposable towel and toilet bowl brush from dollar store to scrub the open valve.
Using plumbers grease on the seal if needed. I have not needed that yet.
Like I said...I understand I am overkill with this. Does that answer the question?

Can you explain what "lubing" the tank valves and cleaning the seals means? I'm not sure what you meant by this. I use the Geo Method after every black tank flush but I haven't done anything with the seals or anything else.
Thanks in advance,
Travel well, travel safe,
