Well, if all goes well and as planned, we will pick up our new ST31BH tomorrow, April 12. Is there any kind of list of things to look for that the dealer might not go over with me tomorrow posted on the forum somewhere? I hear several talking lately about the remote not working with the jacks or awning. Anything else like that or directing me to a list would be great!

You'll find a vertical rubber gasket attached to your ST31BH on each side of your slide out. It sticks out about 2 - 3" and I believe it serves as a bumper for when your slide is in the closed position. I just noticed on my 25RB (purchased 3 mos ago) that the upper and lower tracks on one side has rubbed a hole in it, it's about the size of a quarter. On the other side there's clearly enough space to where that won't happen. I'm going to take it to the dealer to adjust the slide (or slide motors) and replace the gasket as well. It looks like if they adjust it correctly the tracks won't make contact with it. For your PDI tomorrow I would have someone close the slide while you're outside to see if these tracks are rubbing these gaskets. I would have done that had I known then what I know now.
