Ceiling fan or other fan ?

We have a Zinger with a small air conditioner vent in the bedroom. It is inadequate so we have been thinking about what to do for air circulation. How difficult (or even possible) would it be to install a ceiling fan? Or would it be simpler to install a small fan to move the air around? If any of you have done such a mod, would you share your improvement? Thank you.

Although I don't have that issue in the RV, I use a few of the little 4" fans from Walmart or Target to move a little air around in the bedroom at home.
One brand name is PMX - Model HVRA-4D.
They usually go on sale for $4.00 or $5.00 this time of year. I keep a few around.
