Dometic fridge warm to the touch when off

On our Americana model the steel divider at the front between the fridge and freezer is warm to the touch whether it is on or off. Anyone else notice this?

There is a switch that controls the small heater in the door to help with humidity. is that switch "on"?

I looked at my fridge(1999) vintage but did not see any switch. Where would it be? Thanks, Henry.

It could be anywhere around the door or near the control panel. Also look up to the underside of the divider between the fridge and freezer sections.

If nothing else, try looking for an owners manual on-line.

Yeah, open the bottom door and look at the underside of the divider, that is usually where the switch is located.
