We hope to be there as long as harvest is over since its only a 30 minute trip for us. They also have some great sites down the main road that back up to the lake. Not sure if you have looked into those sites, I would have to look at the map to see what sites they are.

If everyone is okay with it I am willing to make chili for those arriving Thursday, and perhaps even some home made bread to go with it too.I made this chili for my Manpower Group at church and there wasn't a spoonful to take home. All I would need to know is how many plan on showing up early, or I can just make a big potful and hope there is enough to go around

Thanks Jimthe chilisounds wonderful and home made bread too! I have an easy beer bread recipe that doesn't require yeast and comes out nice and crisp. With this being a pot luck I'm sure there will be plenty of food for everyone probably for a couple of nights too!I may try that as well.At this point a head count would be 10which would including you & Linda. With the invite out there we could expect a few more couples hopefully. So watch the post as they come in. Jimwhat day would you be coming in on? Karen

Karen,
No longer an option for me! LOL Once Linda heard "Biaggi's"her eyes lit up. It's her favorite restaurant and she has one near her office in Madison and brags about it all the time. I think I saw in Consumer Reports that they were the number one rated resaturant. FWIW LOL

I have never been to one so I'm looking forward to it. I guess I'll have to bring long pants and a shirt, and even shoes too.

Yep it will be my first time eating at one of there resturants. Since the dress code probably would include a shirt & shoes it would be wise tp bring them along as summer is winding downanyways, it's getting a bitcooler here. I'm not screaming yet at the change in the weather however the humidity did me in!
