We upon their request sent them an email with exactly which cabinets and along with photos. We did hear anything...for 2 weeks. We call them back and they state, we haven't received the email. I said we will send it again. As we are on the phone they check the "spam folder". There is our email. He looks at the pictures and states...
Okay we will get the new ones ordered. That will be covered under the warranty. Then he proceeds to tell us we will have to pay the labor charges for the new ones to be installed.

We told him to just let us know when they arrive and out neighbor who is a finish carpenter will install them for us...for FREE.

Hey Crossroads we have a Sunset Trail that is still in warranty and would like to see more authorized dealers in the Little Rock Arkansas area. We shop at Camping World a lot and would like to be able to use them for our Service center and Warranty dealer. Please consider the suggestion and let us know. We have been very satisfied with our dealer in Conway,AR but understand he is going to close his businesswhich means our service location will be far.

Idul101, check with your preferred service provider. They may be able to work on your trailer under warranty. As I understand it, only dealers who carry Crossroads products can be authorized repair facitilities. But apparently Crossroads is willing to authorize work under warranty with preapproval.

The dealer we bought our new Zinger from is not on there. They just started carrying the Crossroads brand. Are they an authorized service shop, or do I need to take it to Camping World if I have issues?
The dealer we bought from is:
Nelsons RV's
Boise, Idaho

Lifestyle RV in Mt Vernon, WA is still on the list. They are no longer an RV dealer. They closed that down last year sometime. They are now just ATV place.

I'm surprised that Valley RV in Mt. Vernon, Washington isn't on the list. That's where we bought ours and they have a service center.

I was curious that my selling dealer was not on the list. I just bought my Zinger 3 months ago. I'm not too sure they should be, since they have been less than anxious to discuss my warranty issues. I have parts on order and they haven't contacted me yet about them. Maybe I should take it to the nearest one actually on the list for my warranty concerns. I wonder if they would just send me back tomy sellingdealer.

I don't know for certain but others on here have said the dealer is reimbursed for their time spent on warranty issues by the factory. In these times of economic downturn you'd think the added "income" for the dealer, whether the original seller or not, would be welcome.

Nice idea, however, both listed for zip code 52572 are incorrect. One is a mobile home place in Mt. Pleasant (when I called and asked was told they only work on mobile homes NOT RV's), the other goes by Camping Supply in Ottumwa but as far as they know are not authorized to do warranty work or any major repairs on Cross Roads RV's.

So I am wondering where I go. I purchased a 2011, I have some issues 2 of which are major and need to get them repaired.

If you don't have an authorized CR repair facility near you, You can take it just about anywhere you want to have work done. The key is your repair facility MUST get pre-approval from CR BEFORE work is done. When calling CR, they will be asked for the scope of work needed to be done and the cost.
Most likely you will have to pay for the repairs and CR will reimburse you when you send in the bill. Call CR and talk to them yourself just so you are clear on the procedures.

I have called and left a message earlier this week, so far I have not been able to "talk" to anyone. Is there another number I should be calling, using one on website.

Does anyone know how frequently the service centers listed by this application are updated? The location we bought our trailer from has a pretty big service center and is not listed. The application only lists two services centers in the Indianapolis area, and one of them went out of business over a year ago.

I am not happy with the service I have received from the dealer I purchased from, and am looking for a service center to use in the future. If I want to stick with a Crossroads authorized center I am not left with many choices.

Well now I am in total shock!!!! I called a Crossroad Dealer 79 miles away from me, told them I had a Crossroads Cruiser that needed some warranty work done on it. They asked me if I bought it from them, I said no in Michigan, he asked someone a question came back and told me, since I didn't buy it from them they wouldn't do any warranty work on it!

I am in shock, I've been told before ANY Crossroads dealer would work on them! It wasn't like I didn't TRY to buy from them, they wouldn't deal with me. They asked me one price and had a LOWER price listed for the same unit out on ebay! NOW.... I wouldn't take my camper to them if my life depended upon it!! Oh my goodness.... I STILL can not believe this! They told me that Crossroads didn't pay very well for warranty work?

I too would like to know when Crossroads updates their listings as the ones listed for me, one has never worked on rv's and the other is not in business anymore.
