I did a search for TV problems and found a few, I just need some more info. I have a Toshiba 32 inch model #32C11OU. Actually I have two right now. Crossroads sent me another one because the first one didnt work thru the Jensen Amp. When hooked up it would just crackle, however if I pulled the plugs out, so the outer part of the plug didnt make connection it would kind of work, but there was still a hum. I called Crossroads and they sent me another TV, exact same model, exact same problem. I looked this TV up on the internet and it does not come with Audio Out, however both of the TVs from CR had Audio out, the way it was labled on the back is pretty clear that it was added later . I took a tv from the house and tried it and it worked great. So looks like two bad TVs. Ever who wired them got something crossed somewhere. Iam going to call CR on Monday and try to talk to a Tech. Looks like I may have to send back 2 TVs now.
Does anyone else have that model tv hooked up to the Jensen Amp. This was in a 2011 305skp.

I can't tell for sure but it sounds like whoever wired the audio out plugs mixed up the wires and put the audio on the ground side and the ground on the audio center pin.

Same problem with a 2011 CF335, connected the "audio out" to the "aux" of the Jensen and got static and a popping sound from the overhead speakers plus the wires got really hot. The rig is at the dealership now for refrigerator fan noise and I asked the service manager to check out the problem with the TV; no solution yet but I know of others that work great.

Glad to get some responses back, I called CR today and got a call back. One of the guys there is going to go out to the shop tomorrow and see what he can find out. Is suppose to call me back and let me know what he found out. I did let him know that off the shelf that TV does not come with audio out, sounded like he had never heard of that. I will say CR has been good about taking my calls and following up with problems, so guess I will see what happens tomorrow (2/28). I think more people may have the same issue that that model TV, but since it doesnt come hooked up, most people dont even try it. The TV has such low volume it would make it hard to hear when the A/C running on high. Well here's hoping CR will come through like they have on my other issues.

Thanks for your response and I would really appreciate an update on what CR has for a solution.

Whilst everyone is looking at the Toshiba TV look at the metal inserts that the wall mount bracket is bolted to on the back of the TV. Some time back it was discovered that they pull out from vibration. I know mine have started out and I now have a support under the TV for traveling.
