Any automotive stereo would work. I wouldn't pay for the way overpriced Jensen junk.

I tried to find an AM/FM Stereo that would work several years ago but was unable to find anything that was decent. I ended up buying a Blue Ray/DVD/CD Player and gave up on the AM/FM option.

I purchased a surround sound system for my previous 5er. Great sound and when I traded it in I removed it and sold it. Did not care that it didn't run on 12v since I never dry camp. You could always find a used one on Craig's list or buy a new one. Blue Ray player can be added to the system.

Mark,

The way I read your post, sounds like you installed a home system (120v).

If that's the case, did you have to swap out the mobile/car speakers already installed? The ohms are usually different for residential audio equipment than 12v car/rv systems.

I didn't swap out the speakers. After I tried it out there was no sound problems so I just left the original speakers in.

Walmart has a RCA blue ray FM stereo kit
Comes with speakers 120v
90 bucks. Uses 4ohm- 8ohm speakers
Don't need to swap them.
Your trailer probably has magnadyne 8ohm speakers
In it.
