So I guess we will have to recruit them like Walt did Ken & Sarah...
I'll suggest Mill Bridge in Ronks, PA. I know the owner and can reserve as many sites as you want on my name. Hershey Conewago is another option. Jonesville KOA is another option. We could always go back to Pine Hill, near Allentown. It's a great place!

We're going to Mill Bridge starting this Sunday thru next Sunday. Then I will put it to bed for the winter.

Rick
Thanks for the suggestions. I will visit all those campgrounds. After the weather we had at both 2014 rallies (Northeast Crossroads & Mason/Dixon) I will be looking for a campground that accommodates about 15 RV's in the same area and at least an open air pavilion close to the RV sites... Even better would be an enclosed pavilion... That's the wish list any how...

Hey Frank, I already asked him to check it out with me in March, we are strongly considering attending your rally.
Got a negative dfrom Tommy, though.

I do know Pine Hill has a large hall that we used the last time we were there. Mill Bridge has hall next to their game room that they have let us use in the past.

Tommy, Pinehill is a real nice place . that is the first rally we went to in 2010 .
as rick said ,they have a beautiful rec . hall to use . you are close to Cabella's for the guys and the ladies are close to the outlet malls in Reading . I was there this past June with a group . staff goes out of their way for groups . the only thing is if you are a light sleeper . you can hear traffic from I - 78 . we also have been to the KOA Rick was talking about nice place also , but may be hard to get a group together . they are off I-81 and do get a lot of overnighters coming and going

Holly Cow...

Frank--I know last year I said I would be down this year, but I don't think it will happen, (long story) so I am going to try for 2016. Can't think of a better couple to travel down there with, Lindy & Walt...

Rick & Gary---I am familiar with both Pine Hill & Jonestown KOA, camped at both these campgrounds this year...I am always open for suggestions, my mind is a blank slate, or did everyone forget the JUMBO remark a couple of pages back...

Stan---I have more than a year to get something lined up. I will try my best to find someplace that will fit our needs, and everyone will enjoy...

Did I miss anyone.

Mark---Sorry, I got nothing brother, I'm all typed out...

What about having it in MD instead of PA? I'll bet there are some nice places in Western MD. (Ok so maybe I'm thinking of conning my parents who live in MD to give us a childfree camping time for a few days that weekend).

Having it in Md. is NOT out of the question as far as I am concerned, and not just Western Md. Ocean City is open that time of year, and there is plenty to do there... Stan had mentioned for me to try to have it at a campground that it has not been held at in the past...That would EXCLUDE most if not all of the campgrounds mentioned in the above posts...All I can say is I am going to try to find a good place for the next couple of years, as most of our members have said they want the campground changed after the second year...

Although, it is just about as cold as PA in NC (21 degrees this morning), I wish we were camping. Sadly, no camping for awhile for us. We are winterized with an expected pick up date of late next week for the return trip to the factory.
