Sounds like a fuse blown. Did you use a meter to perform a continuity test on each fuse?

Yes, I used a meter, I'm a retired electronic Tech. I don't un derstand the wiring color code on crossroads. (red wire tied to purple?) I have voltage on all fused wires coming out of the fuse box and I don't know which ones go to the kitchen appliances Thanks for your quick reply

I wonder if maybe there isn't a break in the line, or in a junction box?
Wire nut came loose?

I'd check the wiring from the frame to the slide out. Sounds like you broke a wire in the connection between the two components (frame and slide out).

Yes, I agree, open connection somewhere feeding the slide, but there are many wires that go everywhere and have no voltage. Any idea of what color code may be feedings the slide and where the feed point is? Thanks all for your help

As far as a wiring diagram--I don't know of anybody ever getting one.
There must be a method to their madness, but who knows what it is?
It would be nice if they would let us in on the secret.
Red to purple??

We had a problem once where a bunch of stuff was not working and it turned out to be one of the GFI plugs. We searched around until we found them all, and one behind the recliners at the rear of the unit was tripped.
Look around for all the GFI plugs in your unit and make sure they are not tripped. They can be anywhere!

x2 on the GFI. We have this happen occasionally and the GFI on the back wall is always tripped.

KID, Sorry to have to tell you but it seems as though you are going to have to chase wires until you find the problem. Be prepared to made improvements along the way. We use plenty of electrical tape, wire ties and wire sleeve. If you drop the belly liner then check the wiring that is fed thru the metal framework. From movement while traveling the wire insulation on our rig was worn half way through. Each time we find a factory 12dcV splice its redone with a wire nut that is properly taped in place and stress relieved. (old school!) Best of luck!

I am with the broken wire/bad connection crowd. GFCI's only affect 120 VAC not the 12 VDC. There is a poorly supported bunch of wires under my slide. I also agree with redoing every connection you run across. The wiring in my unit isn't up to any standard, just thrown together with cheap splicers.

Bud,
If you have SJO cables that hang under your slides as on our Cruiser; check then to see if any were damaged while traveling or extending the side. On our rig these 12dcV cables are now covered with plastic sleeve and secured with wire ties.

Fixed!
well, I gave up and took into the dealer.....
they found the wire carrier under the kitchen slide was broken and the wires were hanging down on the tire(when the slide was closed). With the slide out, there was no sign of a problem. I want to say....... THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!
