Northern Ill.....probably not. You could do some of the items mentioned in the above post, but when the temps really get cold to around zero, things are going to freeze. I have camped in my cruiser to temps down in mid to lower 20's, without an issue for a few nights. However, I do have extra insulation over my dual pane windows and ran an electric heater to minimize propane usage. There are other manufactures that claim to have a four season coach, but you will also pay for that rating as well.
