I am considering buying the Slingshot 23CK, or the Evergreen Ever-Lite 25RB, they appear to be similar construction except the Ever-Lite is 1,000 pounds heavier (priced similar). Anyone else compared these manufacturers? I am going to look at the Slingshot tomorrow at Southern RV in Jonesboro GA.(7 hr drive).

Don't know which TT you decided upon, but we purchased a 23CK from Southern RV in Jonesboro in September of 2010. It is now almost a year old and we have put about 7,000 miles on it.

I would answer any questions you have based upon our experiences with this TT thus far.

If the Everlite is 2 feet longer based on the numbers which probably mean zip butit could account for nearly a thousand pounds. Another issue may be flooring....many Companies use particle board, much cheaper BUT way heavier than the plywood Crossroads brags about. Particle board is much more susceptible to absorbing moisture, and then can break down. This was a major concideration for me when I bought my Cruiser.

We are looking at purchasing a used 2011 23CK. Are you happy with your unit?

Any problems? I assume you have the fibreglass roof with no drip rail. Does it require more maintenance? Does the dinette bed work OK?
